I've been carving some Indian faces lately (big shocker) in some cottonwood
bark I got from Alex Bisso. Great bark to work with!
I have also been doing some experimenting with carving caricature faces in
logs, nothing to show on that front yet, but I have high hopes to show some
in the near future.
