  If I carve the "bird" or totem into a figure, make one from a special(more
difficult) wood or carve to a specific key, the price goes up.  Simpler ones
from cedar are less expensive.  They are very easy instruments to play...
very relaxing and meditative.  I'm not a musician but managed to become good
enough that I don't drive our dog out of the room... although Aussie does
still gives me this "look" when I pick one off the rack.
