Liquid was might work well in finishing sculpture, but it might be
tricky to use on reliefs. The last thing I'd want is to have the stuff
"puddle" in a tight, deep space, or into corners where it cannot be
removed.
Paste wax allows for more controlled application with a cloth or tooth
brush.
