[Woodcarver] Relief Carving finishing

I have had pretty good luck using oil base color pencils.  I found I could 
tint wood with the pencil, Like coloring by numbers.  Then I coat with min-wax 
antique oil finish or use Watco natural oil.  After coating with the oil 
finish, and letting it dry,  you can varnish or use Deft spray on laquer of your 
choice, gloss or semi-gloss.
