Sally,
Ya know... You and me and Jan should form a NEWR flute circle. We could
probably make a "killing" at Honesdale getting paid NOT to play <BG>.
I'm on the NEWR schedule for an evening seminar on how to carve the N.A.
Flutes. I keep wanting to band saw one in half lengthwise for a teaching
aid, but can never bring myself to do it when the cutting time comes. I'm
hoping for one that I just can't get to sing.
Keep on Carvin'

Hi Mike,
Your new flute is beautiful. Besides its visual beauty, I like the
fact that it has a "low voice." I find I am more attracted to the low
tone than the higher. My ears are sensitive to high frequencies. I
have a flute but people throw money for me NOT to play ;) Actually I
haven't played it very much. I'll bring my flute to the NEWR to show
you. Please bring some of yours. I'd love to hear the tones from a
professional. I wanted a double flute but the man I purchased this
from advised me to learn the single before I tackled the double.
You're all safe. I won't play it in Honesdale, PA. I don't want to
get arrested for disturbing the peace ;)
See you in July.
Sally
