[Woodcarver] A New Flute

Beautiful work on the flute, Mike.

I've some questioins that have been asked before, but I didn't see any 
answers.

What is the differences in what is called a; 'flute', 'fife'. and/or a 
'tin-whistle'?

Which is the more traditional (oldest) the end-blown or the side-blown 
flute?

Is the construction (hole pattern & sizes) the same for end-blown and 
side-blown flutes.
