BlankI've just completed my first-ever carving in the round (I guess that's
what you call it).  I've shared some progress pictures with the group before
and here is the final result.  In the process of carving this Rooster, I
came across an interesting phenomena...after I completed his eyes, he seemed
to be watching me and almost demanded a name...I now call him Looie, and he
seems happier.  Go to my Picturetrail Album, and click on LOOIE THE ROOSTER.
Many thanks to all the encouragement from the list members.  I'll be
entering him in the big woodworking show at the San Diego County Fair next
month.
