[Woodcarver] new picturetrail site : answers to ??

Sorry it took so long to get back , was out of town. 
   1   I live in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Just like lighthouses
   2   I use the easel almost daily, thought someone might want to see how to 
build one.
   3   The bird is supposed to be a cockatiel,will post finished pic in the 
next couple days.
   4  To use the quick grip clamps , I filled off the nub that keeps it from 
coming apart , then drill holes as needed to put them through , and put back 
together.
    5 A Wiccan Wand is used in Wiccan ceremonies ,(an Eath based religion , 
my sister is a Wiccan priestess)they do believe in god , just in a diff way.( 
not" witches" as some may think)
     Most of my carvings are of old buildings , bridges , barns etc. Love 
that old stuff, will post more as I do them 
   Thanks to everyone who responded I have only been carving since Nov , 
2001, so still have a whole lot to learn. Have learned quite a bit from the 
masters on this site .
