Gentle Subscribers :-)
We are blessed to have a diverse group of people on this List.
Terry Zobl has quickly and eloquently solved the mystery of the message
that arrived as "YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS HAS BEEN ADDED TO MY WHITE LIST"
Thanks, Terry for your solution.
Read Terry's brief message, below.
This is what happened: The subscriber with the email address <
woodcarver at dslextreme.com> was the person whose emailer sent the
message.
Clearly, this individual ( woodcarver at dslextreme.com) was trying to
deal with SPAM on his own computer. The free program he employed for
this task sent the message to the List with the subject line "YOUR
EMAIL ADDRESS HAS BEEN ADDED TO MY WHITE LIST". It was the way the
writers of the software created to "plug" their spam software.
Mystery solved.
No harm done.
Blessings and Peace,
Bill
