was wanting to know what the skin is called that is between the brow and the 
eye lid.

It ALLL depends If it is human you call it HUMAN skin 
If it is a DOG you call it +++++ 
]\Wellll you guessed it !!! DOG SKIN LOL

Seriously Glenday Between the brow and eyelid I can NOT find any skin 
(stood infront of mirror ) and the brow turns into eyelid 
BUT maybe just MAYBE 
Hugh T(skincarp ) might have THE answer for us 
HE knows EVERY thing about humans
