[Woodcarver] New Carver with a Sharpening Question

hi solly do u have a strop:

its for when u are usin your tool n u find that its
gettin dull, u pull it back on it so that the edge
comes back on it.

What I do is use a rock tubbler great on the strop n
cut a dip into a peice of wood n then cover the side
from the wood that has the dip to the other side so
that one side is covered that has the dip side. then
put a rock tunnbler grit on it n pull the chilse back
so that u are bring the edge back up on it..
