[Woodcarver] carnuba wax

hi folks,
i have some carnuba wax which is very hard and black in colour.  i would like to make a sort of antique wax with it to apply to my carvings. i used to have an old recipe for it but lost it. would any of you have any suggestions where i could look for a recipe for my special works?
