For Sean, Byron, Peter, Ed and all who responded, thanks much for the math
lessons, the insights into building how-to's, the web sites pointed to, (Who
would have thought crop circles could answer my question!) and all the laughs
and head scratching you produced!

Sean, I am sure your math students will appreciate the extra point question! I
Geometry class, our instructor showed us day one how to bisect any angle. He
then told us our homework was to trisect an angle. I spent two hours before
giving up! Of course he told us next day that it was impossible. (I believe it
has since been accomplished but takes a number of steps).

I have printed out several of your answers and suggestions to add to my file of
things to know and do with carving.

Thanks again to all, we now return you to your regularly scheduled carving
discussion, I think math class is over! LOL!
