Hi Chris; Harbor Freight is a good source for air driven rotary tools. You
can buy the 1/4" arbor size that grinds at 22000rpm with about 90 lbs air
pressure for between $9 & $20. The micro grinders turn at about 55000 rpm
and cost about $30. You can work them pretty hard and lean on them pretty
hard. My machinist cousin says they're practicaly indestructable. They do
require a dependable air supply and they are a little on the noisey side.
