Hmmm..... Halloween woodcarving patterns, Susan Irish use to have some 
patterns for Pumpkin carving , but I see she has a "No Pumpkin carving 
patterns" sign or something to that effect up on her site this year.(G)
Fox Chapel has a book out dedicated to carving pumpkins, not what you 
wanted right.(G)
Take a look for carving books by Al Streetman, I know he use to sell 
Halloween caricature carvings on eBay, he may have a pattern book out, I 
know he has Santa pattern books.
You could check out any of the million books on scrollsawing..they have 
lots of patterns you could modify .
