[Woodcarver] hi I am in need of a few answer

I would like to know what would the best type of
finish for arromic red cedar.. I have caved it into a
sail boat for either a pin or for a bolo slide..

Also what is the best finish for butterf nut..

I try n keep my carvings natural in finish, from
having to be painted them since I know the old sayin a
good paint job will keep the carving from lookin poor
n a bad paint job will make a good carving from lookin
good.

Also just started to use a paint that has it written
it sayin system 3..

Also when u carve an indian woman or man what would
way would u mix the paint or wiould u just keep the
face un painted since this peice was made out of bass
wood, which is one wood I do not really use a lot,
however: knowin a lot of people perfer to carve this
wood I make myself a display peice and also sell cut
outs sometimes I will sell the peice..
