[Woodcarver] Cutting Angles

Hello all,
I'm stumped at what should be an easy task, but I'm
new at marking and cutting angles. I've got two
12"x12" boards that are each 3/4" thick (1x12 stock.)
I want to stand these two boards on end and cut a
miter so that the two 12" sides form about a 60 degree
angle when glued together--as if you opened a book
that was 12" tall and set it on end with the two
covers fanning open to a 60 degree angle. I've tried
setting my bandsaw table at several angles, but can't
come up with the correct cut when the two 3/4" thick
boards are matched along the sides. If anyone
understands what I'm trying to achieve, please tell me
how to do it. And no pointing and laughing!
Jean
