Thanks for the link to your site.
The gilded eagle relief especially caught my attention. Great carving 
and a wonderful focal point for any room.

Would you care to give us an overview of the process for 
gilding/painting a carving like you did here? I think this is something 
I'd like to try - on the right carving of course - and perhaps others 
on the list might also be inspired by this particular project to try 
something like this too.
