[Woodcarver] CRAMPS IN THE HAND AND PAINTING?

yes I learned that paintin is hard to do and if not
done right a really great carving can be messed up big
time and even look as if u a beginner had carved it
even its a well known aritst..

Also what I found out about the hand crampin is to
take a rubber ball and sweese it a few times a day
which will help with the lock up as I call it, it
started to happen to me when I had broken a finger,
have u ever broken a finger.. Also what I take in
addition may help is calicuim..
