Hi folks...when my hands cramp up I take a few ROLAIDS!  No, I don't represent them in any way, but, If you want FAST results, try it,  I use the extra strength wild berry/  Tastes good and works great.  I think the secret is that it contains potassium, but is far cheaper than purchasing potassium thru a health store.Try it, IT WORKS!!!
