Hi, I have definite ideas about this subject, right or wrong I'll tell you
what my experience is with these tools. First the wood burner, I have
purchased over $1000. worth of burning tools over an 18 yr period. None will
compare with Razer Tip Burner in my estimation. They maintain their heat
level, and their pens , although their the same price as others, last longer
and if they go bad, send them back to the company;, and they repair them
for $5.00 Can funds. The foredom I have is the light one, its been used for
15 or more yrs, It is abused, and used constantly, as I make my living
carving birds and fish. The ultra high speed grinders are hard on bits,
and I find that most of my carving is done at the medium range of speed, so
the extra speed isn't necessary for me. Lower speed is easier to control
and not so hard on your carving bits. Hope this is some help.
