Tom,

You are definitely on the right track with Stubai. Stubaidirect.com offers a
variety of tools and sets. Unlike some other brands, their sets are put
together for carving, not to sell a few dogs in the line. For my two cents,
the 8 piece relief set wolf be a good starting place, and then add tools
later, as you find a need for them.
