[Woodcarver] Mike Bloomquist's Carving Site

I haven't been carving all that long -- I also do woodburning. I can't
carve in-the-round anymore, because of carpal tunnel and Fibromyalgia has
weakened my hands. I have found relief carving is something I can do
because I can use both hands on the knife, giving me more strength and
better control. I woodburn and really enjoy that. I have another hobby
which takes me completely away from wood. I make jewelry from semi precious
gems, after doing that awhile it doesn't take me long to go back to wood.
The main thing is to be happy and enjoy life -- life is too short to not be
happy!!!!
God Bless,
Sylda
