Hi Merrilee..

The fish and habitat is essentially all made out of jelutong.  However, the 
large sea urchin is a combination of jelutong for the caste (body) and 
bamboo for the spines.  Just took some bamboo chopsticks and cut an formed 
them to size/shape.

The winery scene is a shallow relief carving, ala  Fred and Elaine Stenmen. 
That was a fun one.
