[Woodcarver] how can I get rid of all these headers when sending email

I use eudora lite.  when I send them I have removed all I can .  There will 
be no headers,  eg. this one has 4lines of text and my signiature.  The to 
and from at the top, and subject.  There is nothing else. When it comes up 
in the list it has a nearly page full of stuff on it?  Where does it come from?
