[Woodcarver] resizing help

well, I'm asking one more time for help.  I have a resizing program, but it 
only enlarges.  There is one from eggers, but I can't figure it out.   for 
some time, now, I've had pictures emailed me of the dw lamp I made my son 
for Christmas.  It is kind of special, I think, with grass from dw ridges, 
etc. However, from a digital camera it is huge.  It is jpg, but in my photo 
program I can only see one corner of the page.  I need to resize it, keep 
the proportions, and I don't have a clue on how to do it.  I have tried, 
but??? I want to show it off and put it on my site.

Suggestions?
