For those of us into woodworking, the Lie-Nielsen planes are truly a modern work 
of art, the pinnacle of the tool makers trade.  If you are ever in midcoast 
Maine, on rt 1 between Camden and Waldoboro, the factory is about 3 miles north 
of Moody's diner (If you have to ask about Moodys, you don't know Maine!) You 
can try and buy every tool they make, plus a number of other tools, including 
Charlesworthy's tape on sharpening and either of 2 very complete DMT diamond 
sharpening systems that include flat plates and curved tapered hones for the 
inside edges of gouges, and workbenches to play with all your new toys on!

I mention the sharpening tapes and equipment just to keep this somewhat carving 
related and not entirely a commercial for fine tools.....
