Hi Susan,

Thanks, I had arrived at the same numbers with the mathmatical formula as well. 
   I know they had the math skills then, just not sure how they did the layout 
of it.  This has become more of a mental geometry game for me than a problem of 
how to do the 13 point figure!  LOL!
