LOL  Merrilee.  The line "If you don't have a harty stomach..." worried me
for a second.  I was getting ready to defend us with "Hey!  We're not THAT
bad".  Besides, you were warned!

Your right though... no crunches needed to tighten the stomach muscles after
that session.  I don't remember contributing much to the event myself... was
laughing too hard and busy being an occasional target for Koz ;-).
