[Woodcarver] Publishing books on-CD's

DVD's do indeed contain a LOT more information.

But... my entire 160 eBook "Relief Carving:Revelations" which is loaded 
throughout with hi-res images, took only 321 MB of space. That means 
there is a lot of room for growth.
CD's are also less costly to reproduce, lowering the SRP of the eBook.
