Sorry for the confusion. I'm the list owner.
I gather that you are new to the Mailing List.

Here's what happened...
The List is supported by donations.
One of the subscribers made a donation to the List via PayPal, which  
is a service that allows electronic transfers of cash.
The subscriber identified himself as "Naturally in Minnesota".  
Sometimes people donate anonymously.
Whenever I receive a donation from the List, I announce the donation  
to the List and also thank the donor personally.

Since I sent my thank-you to the donor's email address AND Cc'd it to  
the list community, you received a copy of it as well.
It's my guess, from what you said, that you assumed you were being  
billed for something you didn't purchase.
Not the case.
You were simply the recipient of an announcement concerning an  
anonymous donation to the List.

Again, sorry for the confusion.

Still wish to leave the List?
It's a great community... almost ten years old, with over 625  
subscribers world wide.

Let me know, OK.
BTW, I am sending this message to you via the List community so that  
others who are new to the list might also understand how this  
"donations thing" works.
