We are so sorry we have to miss this years CarveFest.  We had such a 
great time last year and were so much looking forward to this year.  We 
hope next year will bring CarveFest 06 and (if invited) hopefully 
attend.

At the moment we have more pressing family matters that put our 
shows/teaching on hold.  My very dear mother broke her hip Aug. 2.  She 
will be coming to our home in the morning to rest and heal.  We've had 
to scurry to make a place for her.  We passed all inspections 
yesterday.  So now we just have to get her home.  That will be a GREAT 
day for all of us.

I know all of you will have a superb CarveFest.  We will be with you in 
spirit.  If anyone is doing a camcorder tape, we would be happy to buy 
a copy.
