Thank you all for the advice.  I am going to start out primarily doing
relief carvings and go from there.  I don't want to limit myself as far as
wood types go at this point.  With your help I have decided to start out by
purchasing a few Pfiel tools for mallet work and I will contact Bill when I
get ready for more Flexcut hand/palm tools.

In addition, you all have helped me decide to go with a Jet planer, a Jet
jointer, a Delta band saw and a Makita router.  I am very excited about this
endeaver.  I am currently working through some drawing lessons and look

Nothing I guess jan, some seem to like them. I wouldn't trade my  palm
