[Woodcarver] Peter Ortel's Caricature

The Fox Chapel, DIY channel in Sydney, had a wonderful segment of Peter's endearing fireman caricature.  So enjoyable to see it on tv, Peter showing the step by step process, especially after reading about it in Marnie's great magazine, discussing it on the internet with you all, and now almost live in Sydney.... I feel so privileged.

Why is it that we love caricatures sooooo much...?,
For me it was such a wonderful expression of feeling, knowledge sharing, homage, respect and camarederie.
words fail me, but i am sure many of you would love to tell me why  caricatures are so loveable.

CONGRATULATIONS  to Peter, great work. Congratulations also to those supporting him, like Marnie and Ivan.;
Thank you for giving us such a great vision.;
