I don't think he has a web site. I have his address in Austria, though.  The book he gave me is called "Krippenfiuren schnitzen" written in German.  Printed in Austria, ISBN 3-85093-069-6.  Last I knew the book sells for $30 postpaid and may be ordered direct from Heli at Dorfstr. 15, A-6074 Rinn, Austria.  If you order the book, send my greetings.
