[Woodcarver]Thumbnail Gouge

Hi Dick,

I have a Thumbnailed Gouge but I don't find much use for it except for
showing someone what one looks like. I'm guessing that you could use it any
place you would use a Veiner that you didn't need straight virtical wings.
The wings fan out. I did try it a few times when I thought it matched the
profile inside the lobe of an oak leaf but I quickly went back to my
standards profiles because that was what I was used to.
