[Woodcarver] Power stropping belt

I didn't see them at Lee Valley but the product name is Surgi-Sharp by
Wheatland Construction Corp. I don't remember where I got mine but I
paid around $20.

I find that it is easier to strop when I don't have to move, just rotate
for gouges- I keep the angle better. I suspect it is a 'walking and
chewing gum' kind of thing but hey, you play the cards you are dealt.
