[Woodcarver] Websites and Advertising

Hi Bonnie

I would suggest you contact the management of the venue where such shows are
held and ask for a calendar of upcoming events and the name(s) of the
organizations who put on these shows, then contact them. Our club in
Edmonton partipates in all these shows at Northlands and they are very
beneficial in getting exposure for both our carving club and the individual
members who display their creations and demonstrate carving; because of
this, as an earlier message indicated, we get our space for nothing (at the
last Wood Show in November, we had a 40 X 10 foot space). Hope this helps.

Hi Joe:

So how does a person find out about Home Shows other than searching the Net?
I never seem to hear about them until after the fact . :)
