Thank you Al and Hugh for the kind words on my work. It is always nice to get kind hearted words on my projects. :) Our winter, Hugh, was a white-out blizzard last Saturday after a week of low 20's temps. Then last Sunday it jumped to the high 30's and now, believe it or not, 43 after it hit 48 this afternoon. After all, I am in Southern Alaska. :)
I'm doing a lot of custom leather carving right now and I have been commissioned to carve a wolf and bear in a pistol grip, one animal on each side. I'm also working on a nice scrim project of fossil walrus tusk with 2 jumping killer whales as well as scrimming a landing eagle on a piece of mammoth ivory. No such thing as "Cabin Fever" for me..... :)

God Bless everyone during this Christmas season! May your knives stay sharp and your fingers puncture free....

Steve
