The only thing I can think of is those mini little bulbs (LED's) that they
use sometimes on name tags. You sometimes see waitresses running around
with them on their name tag. Or vendors will have them for sale at craft
shows etc. They are just little attention getters and you might find one
that would fit your bill. Most I have seen are blinking ones tho.
