Charlie is just the idea I had in mind Joe
I have a small one about 12inches high but find it more frustating than 
helpful.
Did you make yours or is it a commercial model.?
I was looking at  using high density polyuethene foam laminated to a 
plywood inner reinforcing, Mind you if I make it I then have to find 
somewhere to store it.
My workshop is getting rather crowded and I know what the response would be 
from Marilyn if I suggested bringing it inside.
I was thinking fullsize but you seem to manage OK with half size so maybe 
that would help with the storeage.
