[Woodcarver] floral design

Maura, if I was to take on such a project I would want it to be completely
original in finished design.  It could have bits & pieces of other things,
but the arrangement my own.  I would probably go with something more of the
oak leaf/acorn, pine/pinecone.  You didn¹t say what wood will be used.  If
using catalpa why not use catalpa leaves & blooms?  Or maybe Rose of Sharon,
lilacs, hollyhocks, poppies; what¹s you favorite blossom or the person whose
home it¹ll be in? ‹ guess what I¹m trying to say ‹ something out of the
ordinary floral design.  It will be a unique, original carving ‹ why not
make it as original as possible?  It is any wonder I have problems
fulfilling by ideas?  You are an extremely accomplished carver, you can do
it just from pictures, you don¹t need an actual pattern!!
