[Woodcarver] New Year Supporters...

New Year donations have begun arriving at the home of the List. The 
following four arrived via PayPal and are all from long term 
subscribers. They are:

I want to thank each of you for taking time to send the donation in, 
and for the message that is implicit in your donation: that the List is 
worthy of your support and encouragement.

For those subscribers that are new to this "donation business", let me 
say that this List, now in its ninth year, is supported completely by 
donations. These donations pay for the cost of the List Server (now 
located at pair.com) and the internet connection and web storage that 
are part of the "cost" of hosting the Woodcarver Mailing List. 
Donations also support the effort and time that the List Owner (that's 
me, Bill Judt) puts into this list community on a daily basis, helping 
with subscriptions, technical problems, moderation and sometimes even a 
bit of mediation.

We have something unique in the carving world in this List, and in the 
opinion of all who support the List with donations, this List is 
valuable and ever so useful.
