[Woodcarver] Relief carving Bench

I am looking at building a relief carving bench, and have been studying
Bill Judt's plan. I believe this is the design I have settled on but I
have one question. I remember seeing a relief carving bench with a
tilting top, does anyone have that design available and could you all
give me the pros and cons of a tiling table?
stability malet use on a tilitng top ect
