Hi Gang and Bill,

Sounds to me like the rubber tires are the problem.  I had a similar problem
and just cleaned up the tires and remounted them - took care of it.  You may
need to replace them though.  If you take them off and clean them, be sure
to mount them fully seated in the wheel.  This isn't difficult - just watch
what you are doing.
