Whenever these mistakes are made it is important to JUMP on them ASAP. 
This is to cut short the responses of many List subscribers who want to 
know how the image of a nearly naked lady arrived in their email box.

If you are not able to sense the importance of jumping on this ASAP, 
then let me tell you that Charlie was ever so grateful that I did 
exactly that. It save him a lot of embarrassment. As it happened, I was 
able to take care of the situation with a minimum of fuss. And Charlie 
was able to explain what happened to my (our) satisfaction.
