Seems to me that Bill has always been up front with
his rules for this list.  And since he takes the time
to maintain it (for which we're grateful), it doesn't
really matter whether you can see more skin on tv.  

And since Bill did let Charlie back on once he found
out what was going on, is this really an issue?
