[Woodcarver] re: jackstock (CHAT)

Hello my friends. I will try to explain Jackstock.;-) It started out more or
less kidding Mush and Kim were saying they were going to drive down and have
a cup of coffee with me. Well from Winnipeg to Minneapolis to meet Mush and
from there to my home which is about 100 miles north of Des -Moines, after
all it is a long way to drive for a cup of coffee. I started being kidded by
many. "What will your wife say when two women you met on the internet come
knocking on your door" hehe I explained that my wife was a very
understanding lady and besides I just knew with the time I had spent talking
with them that they were great People.pretty soon others was saying I would
like to have a cup of coffee with Jack. So I said ok all that show up I will
have a nice Rib Eye dinner for you with all the trimmings. I went and had
hats printed up with a cup of steaming coffee on the front with the words
"I SURVIVED COFFEE WITH JACK" I had enough to give all of my guest one. All
I can say is there was never anything like the experience we all had. It was
great we all bonded and felt like Mush said  "a Family" Mush and Bob being
old HIPPIES and had attended the original Wood Stock came up with the name
Jackstock  hence our little get together became a annual affair.(by the
way - no drugs -no liquor-and my grandson and his violin don't qualify as
rock music.) the next one will be the Ninth Annual Jackstock so we have
continued to enjoy it. someone different host it each year now and post a
signup sheet on the Jackstock  page so if you would be interested feel free
