[Woodcarver] Question

Hello.  I am hoping someone can help me.  This isn't totally related to wood CARVING, but it is close and I thought some of you might know the answer.

I am looking for a pattern.  I've seen porch railings, or fences that have a tree in the picket part of the fence.  One picket has half a tree and the next picket has the other half which then forms a whole tree when put together in line in the fence.  It looks like they are individually cut by a scroll saw.  I am searching for a pattern for this kind of railing.  I hope this is a clear description.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?
