Isn't that when you buy new tools - when they aren't sharp anymore? Or you 
need to find a friend with a sharpening machine!   My friend Vicki's husband 
just got the machine thing and he likes to do them so I get to visit her a 
lot while he sharpens our tools!  What a set up.  We carve and talk he works 
for us :)
